DESCRIPTION

CNC spring coiling machine suitable for the production of compression, torsion and tension springs with wire diameter from 1,20 up to 4,50 mm up to 11 axes.

Wire feeding is made by two pairs or rollers moved by two independent motors. The hydraulic pressure of the rollers is controlled by NC.

The cut-off can be made with three different methods: vertical, rotating and breaking cut (Wm<3).

Coiling Device
Coiling system for compression springs drive by three axes controlled by NC with automatic change of coiling sense for right and left hand springs.

Preloading unit controlled by two additional independent axes to preload the spring during the coiling.

Camera System
Control and correction of the spring's OD and free length with integrated camera.

Torsion Device
It permits the movement of the coiling points on the three cartesian coordinates for the production of torsion and shaped springs.

Free length laser control with long spring's guide and pneumatic discharge.
